Defect
On wing-body trucks, the hydraulic cylinder piston seal is improperly designed, allowing hydraulic pressure to bypass from the raise side to the lower side (piston rod side). This causes the wing to descend while open. In the worst case, the dropping wing may injure workers during cargo loading or unloading.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the hydraulic cylinder will be replaced with a corrected part.

状況
ウイング車の荷台において、油圧シリンダーのピストン部のシール構造が不適切なため、油圧が上げ側から下げ側(=ピストンロッド側)へ抜けることがある。そのため、ウイング開放時にウイングが下がり、最悪の場合、荷物の積み降ろし時に負傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、油圧シリンダーを対策品に交換する。
