Defect
On the right rear floor side member, the weld position of the pipe nut used to secure the trailing arm was improperly placed during manufacturing, resulting in insufficient weld strength. Continued use may cause the trailing arm to separate from the right rear floor side member, degrading vehicle stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, re-weld the trailing arm pipe nut on the right rear floor side member.

状況
右側リヤフロアーサイドメンバーにおいて、トレーリングアーム締付用パイプナットの溶接位置が不適切なため、溶接強度が不十分なものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、右側リヤフロアーサイドメンバーからトレーリングアームが外れ、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、右側リヤフロアーサイドメンバーのトレーリングアーム締付用パイプナットを再度溶接する。
