Defect
On the right-side lower arm of the front suspension, insufficient fixturing during the welding process causes weld position misalignment and insufficient weld strength. Under braking loads, the weld may detach, causing vehicle instability while driving.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the right-side lower arm with a non-defective part.

状況
前輪緩衝装置の右側ロアアームにおいて、溶接工程での部品の固定が不十分なため、溶接位置がずれ、溶接強度が不十分なものがある。そのため、制動時の負荷により溶接部位がはがれ、走行が不安定になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、右側ロアアームを良品と交換する。
