Defect
On medium-sized trucks, the lock plate that secures the shackle mounting nut on the right front leaf spring may be improperly assembled. Continued operation can allow the nut to loosen and, in the worst case, the shackle may detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the assembly condition of the lock plate. Where the assembly is found to be improper, replace the lock plate with a new part and reassemble it correctly.

状況
中型トラックにおいて、右側フロントリーフスプリングのシャックル取付け用ナットを固定するロックプレートの組付けが不適切なものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ナットが緩み、最悪の場合、シャックルが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ロックプレートの組付け状態を点検し、不適切なものはロックプレートを新品に交換するとともに、正規に組付ける。
