Defect
The front leaf springs were designed with insufficient consideration for vehicles equipped with high-center-of-gravity or heavy-payload bodywork. Under these conditions, the springs lack sufficient strength to withstand roll-induced loads. Continued operation may cause the leaf springs to fracture, and in the worst case, vehicle driving stability is compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the front leaf springs with corrected parts and add spacers to the bump rubbers.

状況
前輪緩衝装置において、フロントリーフスプリングの設計検討が不十分なため、高重心および積載重量が大きい架装で使用された場合、ロール時の入力に対する強度が不足している。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該リーフスプリングが折損し、最悪の場合、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フロントリーフスプリングを対策品に交換し、バンプラバーにスペーサを追加する。
