Defect
On vehicles fitted with an added air suspension to the rear axle leaf spring assembly, insufficient evaluation during development allows the air bellows to contact the leaf spring mounting bolts when the vehicle is lowered by releasing air from the bellows during loading or unloading operations. Continued use damages the air bellows, causing an air leak, and in the worst case, the vehicle body may tilt.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the leaf spring mounting bolts and buffer rubber with corrected parts. Also inspect the air bellows; if damage is found, replace the air suspension assembly with a conforming part.

状況
後軸の緩衝装置（リーフスプリング）にエアサスペンションを追加した車両において、開発時の評価が不十分なため、積載物の積み下ろし時等にエアベローズ内の空気を抜いて車高を下げた際、リーフスプリングの取付ボルトとエアベローズが接触するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、エアベローズが損傷して空気が漏れ、最悪の場合、車体が傾くおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リーフスプリングの取付ボルトおよびバッファーラバーを対策品に交換する。なお、エアベローズを点検して損傷がある場合は、エアサスペンションを良品に交換する。
