Defect
On light trucks, an improper manufacturing process for the front leaf springs produced units with insufficient durability. Continued use may cause the leaf spring to fracture. In the worst case, vehicle driving stability may be compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the front leaf springs with the corrected parts.

状況
小型トラックの前輪緩衝装置において、フロントリーフスプリングの製造工程が不適切なため、耐久性が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該リーフスプリングが折損し、最悪の場合、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フロントリーフスプリングを対策品に交換する。
