Defect
On fuel tanks, insufficient cooling during resin molding produces a forming defect in the fuel pump mounting threads. This defect degrades the sealing performance at the pump mounting interface. As a result, fuel may leak from the affected area when the tank is completely filled.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel tank with a conforming part.

状況
燃料タンクにおいて、樹脂成形時の冷却が不十分であったため、燃料ポンプ取り付けねじ部に成形不良が生じ、燃料ポンプを取り付けた状態でのシール性能が低下するものがある。そのため、満タン給油時に当該部から燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクを良品と交換する。
