Defect
The bolts and nuts securing the front strut to the steering knuckle were not tightened to the specified torque during assembly. Continued operation allows the knuckle to separate from the strut. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the tightening condition of the affected nuts at the strut bracket. If loosening is found, replace the front strut, bolts, and nuts with new parts.

状況
フロントストラットとナックルを締結するボルトとナットの締付けが不適切なため、ナットが規定トルクで締め付けられていないものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ナックルがストラットから外れ、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ストラットブラケット部の当該ナットの締付け状態を点検する。ナットの緩みが確認された場合は、フロントストラット、ボルト、ナットを新品に交換する。
