Defect
In the steering system, improper manufacturing of the steering yoke — the joint component connecting the steering wheel to the steering gear box — results in play developing at the connection between the yoke and the steering gear box. Continued use causes the joint component to wear and, in the worst case, may result in loss of steering control.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the steering yoke with a good part.

状況
かじ取り装置において、ハンドルとステアリングギヤボックスをつなぐ継手部品（ステアリングヨーク）の製造が不適切なため、継手部品とステアリングギヤボックスの連結部にガタが生じているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、継手部品が摩耗し、最悪の場合、かじ取り操作ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ステアリングヨークを良品と交換する。
