Defect
On the front suspension, improper tightening of the damper-to-steering knuckle fasteners has left some nuts with insufficient clamping force. Continued use in this condition may cause the nut to loosen and, in the worst case, the nut and bolt may detach, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the torque of the affected nut. Where the nut is loose, replace the bolt and nut with new parts and tighten to the specified torque.

状況
前輪サスペンションにおいて、ダンパーとナックルの締め付け作業が不適切なため、ナットの締め付け力が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用すると、当該ナットが緩み、最悪の場合、ナットおよびボルトが脱落し、走行不能になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ナットの締め付けトルクを点検し、ナットが緩んでいるものは、ボルトおよびナットを新品と交換し、規定トルクで締め付ける。
