Defect
On the fuel filter, the seating surface at the drain plug mounting point is not flat. When the drain plug is loosened and retightened during periodic inspection, the sealing performance may degrade. Continued use in this condition may result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel filter, or replace the fuel filter drain plug and gasket with corrected parts.

状況
燃料フィルターにおいて、ドレンプラグ取付部の平面が確保できていないため、定期点検時にドレンプラグを緩め、再締め付け作業を行うと、シール性が低下することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料フィルターもしくは、燃料フィルターのドレンプラグとガスケットを対策品に交換する。
