Defect
On certain heavy-duty trucks, the spring brake release bolt kit is missing from the brake chamber. If the air system of the spring brake assembly fails and the spring brake engages, the brake cannot be manually released.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the spring brake release bolt kit will be installed in the brake chamber.

状況
大型トラックにおいて、スプリングブレーキ解除用のリリースボルト一式がブレーキチャンバーに装着されていないものがある。そのため、スプリングブレーキ装置のエア系統が故障しスプリングブレーキが利いた状態になった場合に、スプリングブレーキの解除ができない。
改善措置
全車両、スプリングブレーキ解除用のリリースボルト一式をブレーキチャンバーに装着する。
