Defect
On container vehicles equipped with a detachable body system, an error in the power circuit drawing for the electric retractable rear bumper results in some vehicles being built without a fuse. When a wiring short circuit occurs, excessive current flows unchecked. In the worst case, the wiring insulation may melt, leading to smoke or a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install a fuse set. In addition, inspect the wiring and replace any wiring showing evidence of melt damage with new parts.

状況
脱着装置付きコンテナ自動車において、電動格納式リアバンパの電源回路の図面指示が不適切なため、ヒューズが取り付けられていないものがある。そのため、配線がショートした際に過電流が流れ、最悪の場合、配線被覆が溶融し、発煙または発火に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヒューズＳＥＴを追加する。 また、配線を点検し溶損が認められるものは新品に交換する。
