Defect
The bracket that secures the driver's seat to the vehicle body has insufficient strength. Repeated loading of the seat causes cracks to form in the bracket. Continued use produces abnormal noise and play. In the worst case, the bracket may fracture, causing the seat to tilt and preventing the driver from maintaining a proper driving posture.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the seat mounting bracket with the corrected part.

状況
運転者席において、座席を車体へ固定するためのブラケットの強度が不足しているため、座席に繰り返し負荷がかかると、当該ブラケットに亀裂が入るものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、異音やガタが発生し、最悪の場合、当該ブラケットが破損して座席が傾き、正しい運転姿勢が取れなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、固定用ブラケットを対策品に交換する。
