Defect
On the front brake system, the brake hose routing is improper. When the steering is turned to full lock, the bend radius of the hose becomes excessively small, and repeated full-lock steering cycles may cause cracks to develop inside the hose. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate, leading to a brake fluid leak and illumination of the warning light. In the worst case, braking force may decrease.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake hose with a corrected part.

状況
前輪のブレーキにおいて、ブレーキホースのレイアウトが不適切なため、ハンドルを一杯に切った際、曲げRが小さくなり、その繰り返しでブレーキホースの内部に亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると亀裂が広がり、ブレーキ液が漏れて警告灯が点灯し、最悪の場合、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキホースを対策品と交換する。
