Defect
On vehicles converted for welfare use, the front passenger seat slide-up seat (rotating lift seat) was assembled with an incorrect-specification seat reinforcement bracket. In a frontal collision, the seat may not be retained, and in the worst case, occupant protection may be compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the seat reinforcement bracket and replace any incorrect bracket with the genuine part.

状況
福祉車両として架装した助手席スライドアップシート（回転昇降座席）において、誤った仕様のシート補強ブラケットを組み付けたものがある。そのため、前面衝突時に、当該シートが保持できず、最悪の場合、乗員を保護できないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該シート補強ブラケットを点検し、異品を組み付けているものは正規品と交換する。
