Defect
In the drivetrain, the bolts securing the center bearing bracket to the frame were tightened with improper torque and improper procedure. Driving vibration may cause these bolts to loosen over time. Continued operation allows the loosening to progress until, in the worst case, the bracket separates from the frame, the propeller shaft drops away, and the vehicle becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected bolts and nuts with corrected parts and tighten them to the specified torque.

状況
動力伝達装置において、センターベアリング固定金具をフレームに固定するボルトの締め付けトルク並びに締め付け作業が不適切なため、走行中の振動等により、ボルトが緩むものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、緩みが進行して、最悪の場合、固定金具がフレームから外れてプロペラシャフトが脱落して走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトとナットを対策品に交換し、適正トルクで締め付ける。
