Defect
During accelerator cable assembly, improper installation technique caused the cable to kink in some units. Continued use may damage the inner cable. In the worst case, releasing the accelerator pedal will not cause engine speed to decrease.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the accelerator cable with a new unit.

状況
アクセルケーブルの組付け工程において、作業者の組付け方法が不適切なため、アクセルケーブルが折れ曲がったものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると当該ケーブルのインナケーブルが損傷し、最悪の場合、アクセルペダルを戻してもエンジン回転が下がらなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アクセルケーブルを新品に交換する。
