Defect
During fuel pump assembly, improper installation of the quick connector between the pump's discharge nipple and the fuel tube resulted in some connectors not fully engaging. The quick connector may separate from the nipple, causing a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the quick connector for proper engagement. If engagement is insufficient, reseat the connector to the fully engaged position.

状況
燃料ポンプにおいて、燃料ポンプの吐出ニップルと燃料チューブ継ぎ手部（クイックコネクタ）の組付作業が不適切なため、クイックコネクタが正規に嵌合していないものがある。そのため、クイックコネクタが当該ニップルから外れ、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、クイックコネクタの嵌合状態を点検し、嵌合が不十分な場合は正規嵌合状態にする。
