Defect
On certain light trucks and buses, the clamp on the fuel return hose may not have been installed. Continued operation without the clamp allows the fuel return hose to detach, causing a fuel leak. In the worst case, the leak may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, inspect the fuel return hose connection. If the clamp is absent, install a clamp.

状況
小型トラック・バスにおいて、戻り側燃料ホースのクランプが装着されていないものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該燃料ホースが外れて燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、戻り側燃料ホースの接続部を点検し、クランプが無い場合はクランプを追加する。
