Defect
The installation of the factory-option rear under-mirror was improperly performed, resulting in insufficient torque on the mounting bolts. Continued use in this condition may cause the rear under-mirror to detach from the vehicle and, in the worst case, create a hazard for other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, retighten the rear under-mirror mounting bolts to the specified torque.
