Defect
The installation of the factory-option rear under-mirror was improperly performed, resulting in insufficient torque on the mounting bolts. Continued use in this condition may cause the rear under-mirror to detach from the vehicle and, in the worst case, create a hazard for other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, retighten the rear under-mirror mounting bolts to the specified torque.

状況
メーカーオプションで搭載のリヤアンダーミラー取付け作業が不適切なため、取付けボルトの締付けトルクが不足しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、リヤアンダーミラーが脱落し、他の交通の妨げとなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リヤアンダーミラー取付けボルトを正規トルクで締付ける。
