The engine control power relay contains a diode manufactured using an improper process, which may cause an open-circuit failure in the diode. Continued use in this condition may result in difficulty starting the engine or an engine stall during vehicle operation.
Corrective action

状況
エンジン制御用電源リレーにおいて、リレーに内蔵されているダイオードの製造方法が不適切なため、導通不良となるおそれがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、エンジン始動不良や走行中にエンストするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該リレーを対策品と交換する。
