Defect
The diaphragm in the pulsation damper (fuel pressure pulsation attenuator) is made of an inappropriate material. Extended use allows fuel pressure fluctuations to wear the diaphragm. Continued use causes the diaphragm to crack and, in the worst case, fuel leaks.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the pulsation damper with the corrected part.

状況
パルセーションダンパ（燃料圧脈動減衰器）のダイヤフラムの材質が不適切なため、長時間使用すると燃料の圧力変動により当該ダイヤフラムが摩耗するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ダイヤフラムに亀裂が発生し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該パルセーションダンパを対策品と交換する。
