Issue
In ambulances, the mounting bracket for the noise-prevention band securing equipment stored alongside the stretcher is improperly positioned and shaped. When loading the stretcher into the vehicle, the bracket may contact and injure the arms or fingers of the patient or emergency personnel.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the affected bracket.
