Defect
When a front or rear turn signal indicator fails, the turn signal operation indicator at the driver's seat does not activate as required.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the auxiliary turn signal indicator bulb with a corrected part, or replace the bulb with a corrected part and additionally install a control relay.

状況
自動車の前面または後面に備える方向指示器が故障した場合に、運転者席の作動状態表示装置が作動しない。
改善措置
全車両、当該補助方向指示器を対策品の電球に交換、若しくは、対策品の電球に交換するとともに制御用リレーを追加取付けする。
