Defect
The weld securing the driver-side sun visor mounting bracket is improperly made, causing the weld joint to separate on some vehicles. Continued use allows vehicle vibration to cause the sun visor to sag and obstruct the driver's field of view.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the sun visor mounting bracket with the corrected part.

状況
