Defect
On trucks equipped with an optional vertical-lift gate installed at the rear of the cargo bed, the rear turn signal indicators are mounted in incorrect positions. As a result, the visibility of the turn signal lighting does not conform to the Safety Standards for Road Vehicles.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear turn signal bracket with the corrected part.
