Defect
The rope hook on the right-side gate was improperly welded during manufacturing, resulting in insufficient weld strength at the joint with the side gate. During service, the hook may detach and, in the worst case, the cargo may fall from the vehicle.
Corrective action
Inspect the right-side gate on all vehicles. On affected vehicles, replace the side gate with a conforming part.

改善措置
全車両、右側サイドゲートを点検し、対象となるものはサイドゲートを良品と交換する。
