Defect
Improper assembly of the inflators for the door airbag, curtain airbag, and knee airbag resulted in an insufficient charge of gas propellant in certain units. When a collision triggers airbag deployment, the reduced gas pressure may prevent the affected airbag from fully deploying, exposing occupants to excessive injury.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected airbag assemblies with conforming units.

状況
サイドエアバッグ、カーテンシールドエアバッグ、ニーエアバッグそれぞれのインフレータ（膨張装置）の組付工程が不適切なため、ガス加熱剤の充填量が不足しているものがある。そのため、エアバッグが作動するような衝撃を受けた際、ガスの膨張力が不足し当該エアバッグが展開せず、乗員に過度の傷害を与えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、該当するエアバッグ装置を良品と交換する。
