Defect
An improper manufacturing process for securing the buckle-side belt of the rear 3-point seat belt and the rear 2-point seat belt to the seat frame has resulted in some units missing the retaining nut. As a result, the affected belt may detach and fail to restrain the occupant.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. If the retaining nut is absent, install a new nut torqued to the specified value.

状況
後部座席用の３点式座席ベルトのバックル取付側ベルトおよび２点式座席ベルトをシートフレームに固定する工程が不適切なため、固定ナットの取付けがされていないものがある。そのため、当該ベルトが外れ、乗員を拘束できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、ナットが取付けられていない場合は、新品のナットを規定トルクで取付ける。
