Defect
The latch fitting inside the seat belt buckle for the driver and front passenger seats is machined to an incorrect shape. In the event of a collision or other impact generating an extremely large load, the belt may release and fail to restrain the occupant.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the driver and front passenger seat belt buckles with conforming parts.

改善措置
