Defect
The rear seat belt assembly is improperly designed: during a collision or similar impact, the edge of the seat back hinge bracket can contact and sever the seat belt webbing, preventing the belt from restraining the occupant.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a protective cover to the affected rear seat belts.

改善措置
