Defect
On large buses, the lower section of the conductor's seat back frame is improperly shaped. When the conductor's seat is folded, the frame contacts and may damage the seat belt. Continued use in this condition may cause the seat belt to fracture, leaving the crew member unrestrained.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the conductor's seat assembly is replaced with a corrected/revised part and the seat belt assembly is replaced with a new unit.

状況
大型バスにおいて、車掌席背当フレーム下部の形状が不適切なため、車掌席格納時に当該部と座席ベルトが接触し、損傷する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、座席ベルトが切損し、乗務員の拘束ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、車掌席一式を対策品と交換し、当該座席ベルト一式を新品と交換する。
