Defect
The intake air duct material is inappropriate for the application, causing the duct to contract from engine heat and allowing the clamp at the resonator (intake noise suppressor) connection to loosen. Continued use allows driving vibration to separate the air duct, resulting in unstable idling and poor acceleration. In the worst case, the engine stalls and cannot be restarted.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the engine-side air duct and clamping hardware with corrected parts.

状況
原動機の吸気エアダクトの材質が不適切なため、当該ダクトがエンジンの熱により収縮し、レゾネータ（吸気騒音防止装置）接続部の締付けが緩むことがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、走行振動等によりエアダクトが外れてアイドリング不安定や加速不良となり、最悪の場合、エンストして再始動できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エンジン側エアダクトおよび締付金具を対策品と交換する。
