Defect
Due to an improper assembly process for the front seat belt buckles, internal components within the buckle may be fractured. If a fractured fragment becomes lodged inside the buckle mechanism, the seat belt may not be latched.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected buckle with a conforming part.

状況
前席用座席ベルトのバックルにおいて、バックルの組立工程が不適切なため、バックル内部構成部品が折損しているものがある。そのため、当該折損破片がバックル内部に噛み込むと、ベルトを装着できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該バックルを良品と交換する。
