Defect
The O-ring profile on the engine fuel pipe and fuel injection nozzle is improperly shaped. During assembly onto the delivery pipe, excessive stress may be imposed on the O-ring due to deformation. Continued use may cause the O-ring to crack, resulting in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected O-rings with corrected parts and add an assembly guide ring to the fuel pipe.

状況
②エンジンの燃料パイプ及び燃料噴射ノズルのオーリング形状が不適切なため、デリバリパイプへの組付け時の変形によりオーリングに過度の応力が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けるとオーリングに亀裂が発生して燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、当該オーリングを対策品と交換するとともに、燃料パイプに組付けガイド用リングを追加する。
