Defect
The fuel filler pipe and vent pipe on the fuel tank are made of an inappropriate material. Exposure to road deicing agents, seawater, or similar substances may cause localized corrosion to develop on these pipes. Continued use may allow the corrosion to perforate the pipe, resulting in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
TA-ACM21W and TA-ACM26W vehicles: On all vehicles, replace both the fuel filler pipe and the vent pipe with corrected parts. TA-AZR60G and TA-AZR65G vehicles: On all vehicles, replace the vent pipe with the corrected part.

状況
燃料タンクの燃料給油用パイプと通気用パイプの材質が不適切なため、凍結防止剤や海 水等の影響により局部的に腐食が生じることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると 、当該パイプに微細な穴が開き、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
ＴＡ－ＡＣＭ２１Ｗ型車，ＴＡ－ＡＣＭ２６Ｗ型車： 全車両、燃料給油用パイプと通気用パイプを対策品と交換する。 ＴＡ－ＡＺＲ６０Ｇ型車，ＴＡ－ＡＺＲ６５Ｇ型車： 全車両、通気用パイプを対策品と交換する。
