Defect
On the engine fuel delivery pipe, the seating surface for the fuel pressure sensor has insufficient flatness. Even when the fuel pressure sensor is tightened to the specified torque, clamping force is inadequate on affected units. As a result, the fuel pressure sensor joint may loosen and fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, machine the fuel pressure sensor seating surface of the delivery pipe, replace the gasket with a new part, and retighten the fuel pressure sensor to the correct torque.

状況
原動機の燃料配管(デリバリパイプ)において、燃圧センサ締結面の平滑度が不適切なため、燃圧センサを規定トルクで締め付けても締結力が不足しているものがある。そのため、燃圧センサ締結部がゆるみ、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、デリバリパイプの燃圧センサ締結面を研磨し、ガスケットを新品と交換して燃圧センサを適正に締め付ける。
