Filing in context

Defect
The hose clamp design is incompatible with the length of the radiator upper hose, resulting in insufficient retention force between the hose and the insertion pipe. Engine movement applies a pull-out force to the radiator hose. In the worst case, the hose may detach, causing coolant loss and engine overheating.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the fuel tank mounting points. Where no looseness is present, tighten the fuel tank mounting nuts to the specified torque. Where looseness is present, replace the complete fuel tank assembly with new parts.
