Defect
The procedure used to torque the bolts securing the pulley to the crankshaft is incorrect. Continued use allows the bolts to loosen and, in the worst case, the bolts may fall out or fracture, causing the pulley to detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the bolts, apply oil to the threads and washer contact surfaces, and retorque to the specified value. Replace any bolt showing damage with a conforming part.

原動機において、プーリーをクランクシャフトへ固定するボルトの締め付け作業方法が不 適切なため、このままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトが弛み、最悪の場合、ボルト が脱落または折損し、プーリーが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトを外し、ネジ、ワッシャー部へ油を塗布し指定トルクで再締め付けす る。なお、当該ボルトに損傷の認められるものは良品と交換する。
