Defect
The weld joint between the resin fuel tank and the leveling pipe is improperly formed, resulting in insufficient bond strength. Continued use may cause the welded joint to separate, allowing fuel to leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel tank assembly with a corrected part.

状況
燃料装置において、樹脂製燃料タンクとレベリングパイプの溶着が不適切なため、溶着力 が不足しているものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該溶着部が剥離し、燃 料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクアッセンブリを良品と交換する。
