Defect
During the injection timing adjustment process in the fuel injection pump, the advance control lever of the cold-start advance mechanism developed a crack in some units. Continued use may cause the advance control lever to fracture, allowing the throttle to open unintentionally and engine speed to rise.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected lever with the corrected part.

状況
燃料噴射ポンプにおいて、噴射時期調整工程の際、低温始動時進角装置の進角制御レバ ーに亀裂を生じさせたものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、進角制御レバーが 折損し、スロットルが開いてエンジン回転が上昇するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該レバーを対策品と交換する。
