Defect
The hose clamp securing the radiator hose to the water pipe is positioned incorrectly, reducing the hose's retention force on the water pipe and allowing coolant to leak. In the worst case, this can result in engine overheating.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the radiator hose insertion condition and hose clamp position. Where either is incorrect, reposition the hose and clamp to the specified location and replace the radiator hose and hose clamp with new parts.

状況
ラジエータホースとウォータパイプを接続固定するホースクランプの固定位置が不適切 なため、当該ホースのウォータパイプへの保持力が不足し冷却水が漏れるものがある。そ のため、最悪の場合、オーバーヒートに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ラジエータホースの挿入状態およびホースクランプの位置を確認し、不適切なも のは当該ホースおよびクランプを正規位置に修正するとともにラジエータホースおよびホ ースクランプを新品と交換する。
