Defect
On the rear axle mount equipped with an oscillation mechanism, the oscillation stopper is improperly positioned. Continued operation over severely uneven road surfaces applies excessive load to the mounting plate that secures the rear axle to the body, causing the plate to deform. This creates play at the rear axle mount and allows the oscillation angle to increase. In the worst case, lateral stability may no longer be maintained on certain vehicle specifications.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add an oscillation stopper. Inspect the mounting plate and replace any deformed plate with a new part.

状況
揺動機構を持つ後軸取付部において、揺動ストッパの取付位置が不適切なため、凹凸の激 しい路面で使用を続けると、後軸を車体に固定するための取付用プレートに過大な荷重が 加わり、取付用プレートが変形して後軸取付部にガタが生じ、揺動角が大きくなることが ある。このため、最悪の場合、一部の仕様の車両において左右安定度が確保できなくなる おそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、揺動ストッパを追加する。また、取付用プレートを点検し、変形しているものは 新品と交換する。
