Defect
On the rear axle mount equipped with an oscillation mechanism, the oscillation stopper is improperly positioned. Continued operation over severely uneven road surfaces applies excessive load to the mounting plate that secures the rear axle to the body, causing the plate to deform and the mounting bolts to loosen. In the worst case, the mounting bolts may fall out, the plate may separate, and the rear axle may detach from the body, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add an oscillation stopper. Inspect the mounting plate and replace any deformed mounting plate and mounting bolts with new parts.

状況
揺動機構を持つ後軸取付部において、揺動ストッパの取付位置が不適切なため、凹凸の激 しい路面で使用を続けると、後軸を車体に固定するための取付用プレートに過大な荷重が 加わり、当該プレートが変形し、取付ボルトが緩むことがある。このため、最悪の場合、 取付ボルトが脱落し、当該プレートが外れ、後軸が車体から外れて走行不能に至るおそれ がある。
改善措置
全車両、揺動ストッパを追加する。又、取付用プレートを点検し、変形しているものは取 付プレートと取付ボルトを新品に交換する。
