Defect
On ramp-equipped wheelchair transport vehicles, the wheelchair securing wire is prone to twisting, which causes the cover that retains the wire on its pulley to shift out of position, allowing the wire to disengage from the pulley. The displaced wire then contacts and interferes with the cover. In the worst case, the wire breaks and can no longer secure the wheelchair.
Corrective action
Replace the wire assembly on all vehicles with the corrected part. If the cover has shifted, reinstall it in the correct position.

状況
スロープ式車いす移動車において、車いす固定用ワイヤーがねじれやすいため、ワイヤーを滑車に保持するためのカバーが動き、ワイヤーが滑車から外れる場合がある。そのため、ワイヤーがカバーと干渉し、最悪の場合、ワイヤーが切れて車いすを固定できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ワイヤー一式を対策品に交換する。また、カバーが動いている場合は、カバーを正規に取り付ける。
