Defect
On child restraint systems, certain units were assembled with one or more bolts missing from the child seat anchor attachment assembly for the left and right rear seating positions. If a large load is applied to the child seat during a collision or similar event, the seat may not remain secured.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, torque the child seat anchor attachment assembly bolts to the specified value to ensure secure fastening.

状況
年少者用補助乗車装置（チャイルドシート）において、後席左右のチャイルドシート取 付装置を組付ける工程で一部のボルトが取付けられていないものがあるため、衝突時等に 大きな荷重がチャイルドシートにかかった場合、チャイルドシートを固定できないおそれ がある。
改善措置
全車両、当該チャイルドシート取付装置をボルトで確実に締め付ける。
