Defect
On vehicles equipped with a variable valve timing engine, the kickdown control program in the automatic transmission control computer is incorrect. When the accelerator is fully depressed during acceleration, engine speed rises excessively and may exceed the regulatory limit for drive-by noise under the Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the control computer with the corrected part.

改善措置
