Defect
Some supply-side pipes of the fuel delivery rail—which distributes fuel to each engine cylinder—have an incorrectly dimensioned bulge outer diameter. Continued use may cause the quick connector at the affected joint to disengage and fuel to leak and, in the worst case, may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. On any vehicle where the pipe dimension is outside the specified value, replace the fuel delivery rail with a conforming unit.

状況
原動機の各気筒に燃料を分配する燃料分配器の供給側パイプの一部に寸法(バルジ外径) が不適切なものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該継ぎ手部のクイックコネ クタが抜けて燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、当該パイプの寸法が規定外のものは燃料分配器を良品と交換する。
